At Welcia Singapore, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchases. If your item isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of receipt.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Welcia account and select the order you wish to return to generate a unique Return Authorization Number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the unwashed and unworn items with original tags attached into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Drop Off or Collection

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized Singapore Post location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
